VIMAL Punjabi Samosa is fried triangular or tetrahedron shaped pastry shell of wheat flour with a savory filling of spiced potatoes and pea’s mixture. It is a special form of much loved samosa.

Potato, Green Peas, Green Chilli, Ginger, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Spices, Sunflower oil, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Leaves, Wheat Flour, Vegetable Shortning, Ajwain
Preheat frier to 180ºC/350ºF. Remove all outer packaging, fry for 4-6 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Cooking time may vary due to equipment variances. Serve hot.
Commonly served with Green Chutney or Tomato Ketchup. Best served in chaat, along with the traditional accompaniments of yogurt, chutney, chopped onions and coriander, and chaat masala.
